1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TraceMyTag, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

TraceMyTag provides a QR-code based messaging system designed to link item finders with owners anonymously. We facilitate communications but do not verify the authenticity of user identities, condition of items, or accuracy of claims.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use TraceMyTag solely for lawful recovery purposes. You must not use our secure messaging system to harass, threaten, spam, or solicit money from owners. Stating fraudulent claims or uploading illicit images is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

TraceMyTag is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor are we liable for any physical safety risks encountered during in-person return handovers. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public, and well-lit locations (such as a local police station lobby).

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice at any time.
